If you are enterprise customer, chances are you already have an hub account. Along with that, you'll also
have a dedicated publisher manager to service your needs. All other users can get access by sending a request to [email protected]. We will get back
to you as soon as we can.
starMy data is delayed and it's not realtime.
Realtime reporting is currently in development and we are trying our best to roll it out as soon as we can.
Please note, all hub accounts have data till yesterday and is per your timezone. If the data is delayed by a day, please reach out to your publisher
manager and they'll update you. If there are delays in issues, notifications to all hub users are issued. If your publisher manager is not available or OOO,
you can drop an email to [email protected]. Someone from our Global Support & Operations will touch base with you.
starI want to change my login passwords.
Hub Basic users can change their passwords inside hub. Find the profile option under the user icon on right side and you can do that.
Enterprise users can also ask their publisher manager to do that as well.
starI want to increase the inventory.
To increase the number of websites or apps, reach out to your publisher manager. They will get the new websites/app added to your
hub account.
